What shipping carrier do you use?

 We use the United States Postal Service (regular mail) or UPS

How long will it take to receive my order?

This depends on your location, product availability, and the shipping method you choose. We ship approximately 90% of orders by the next business day, and will inform you if it is going to take longer than five business days to get your order shipped out.

From there on, shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days, and Priority Mail will take approximately 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?

If you provided us with an email address at the time of the order, an email with tracking information will be automatically sent to you at the time of shipment. Within this email, you will also find a link that will track your order for you.

Note: Please be sure to check your email filter settings and any junk/spam folders, to ensure that you will be able to receive and read our emails.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Customers do not have to pay any taxes, unless the order is being shipped to Illinois, in which case a 7% sales tax is added.
