Does magnetic jewelry help with ailment...or condition...?
We do not make any health claims whatsoever with regards to any of our products.
The statements are not intended to diagnose, cure, prevent, or treat any condition,
ailment, illness or disease, and we will not provide any medical or health advice.
Shipping
What shipping carrier do you use?
For magnetic jewelry, wraps, insoles. we use the United States Postal Service {regular mail}.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on your location, product availability, and the shipping method you choose.
We ship approximately 90% of orders by the next business day, and will inform you if it is going
to take longer than 5 business days to get your order shipped out.
From there on, if you are within the U.S., shipping will take approximately 3-5 business days,and
Priority Mail will take approximately 2-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
If you provide us with an email address at the time of the order, an email with tracking information
will be automatically sent to you at the time of shipment. Within this email, you will also find a link
that will track your order for you.
Note: Please be sure to check your email filter settings and any junk/spam folders, to ensure that
you will be able to receive and read our emails.
If you did not provide us with an email address at the time of your order please email us if you wish
to Know your order status.
Will I have to pay taxes?
Customers do not have to pay any taxes, unless the order is being shipped to Illinois. In which case
a 7% sales tax is added.
Is your site secure?
Our site is highly secure. Our order forms use industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. This
keeps your data safe.
Do you sell my information to any third-parties?
Jada Magnetic Products will never share your personal information with any third parties, unless
necessary for order fulfillment [in which case only your address is forwarded to a warehouse
operated by a third party] or instructed to do so by the government.
How do I go about exchanging my magnetic product or other jewelry for a different style?
Easy! Simply send the product back, along with a copy of your invoice, and a little note describing
what style you wish to exchange your product for [reference the product name and number]. Our

If the product you are exchanging for is of a greater value, then we will charge the difference to
the credit or debit card on file. If you paid by check or money order,then please include a check
or money order for the difference.
If, on the other hand, the product you are exchanging your product for is of a lesser value, then we
will credit the difference to the credit or debit care on file. If you paid by check or money order, then
we will include a check for the difference amount with the exchange product.
How do I go about returning a product?
If the product you purchased has a money-back guarantee, and you are within the time frame of
the money-back guarantee, then all you have to do is to send the product back, along with a copy
of your invoice, and a little note describing that you wish to return the product for a refund. Our
mailing address is above.
What if I want to exchange or return a product, but I no longer have my invoice?
No problem [assuming you actually shopped with us]. Simply send the product back, along with
a little note describing what style you wish to exchange your product for [reference the product name
and number] or that you wish to return the product. Be sure to list the name, address, and phone
number used for the order, so that we can find the order in our system.
